It is not to late to report the rape. However, getting a conviction after so much time and not haveing any physical evidence will be nearly impossible. Also a prosecutor will be wondering what your motivation is after all this time, ( were you in a spat) or are you just now deciding what may have been a half hearted consent is now a rape? The prosecutor would have to make that kind of decision. So I would not be surprised if they did not file charges. Getting a rape conviction is not easy even in the best of circumstances, and waiting two years just made it worse. See a rape counselor and go with that persons advice on how to proceed. Good Luck
