I am about to face an arraignment ,the charges would be stalking phone calls and criminal harrassment.What is the likelyhood of the case getting dismissed.At the hearing the supoosed victim didn;t say they want to press chrages.Now I wonder why would prosecution would wan't to press charges.I am being framed by the victim,I am loosing my faith in the legal system if this case really goes to trial.Even a dissmissed case shows up on my record and none on the victims?.I would like to keep my record's clean.???will a motion to dimiss at arraignment will help?will the judge allow it.This is false complaint why it goes on my history?....

An arraignment is the formal reading of the charge against you. In some courts, a prosecutor won't even be present. Motions are not normally brought at an arraignment.
If you have not yet done so, it sounds like you would benefit from retaining a lawyer to represent you. -

why me?.the cop lied,i know i can;t fight the boston police department.but he lied.no lawyers wants to fight the cops.I am just loosing faith in this judicial system.I mean i have no say in all this.I havent; done any thing wrong.
