As I am working in a good company, will court refuse to give me lawyer ? I dont have money to pay for though I am working.
Also, I am an adult so court will refuse to keep my record clean. But as this is my first time and I am extremely sorry, will they consider my case to seal ?

I didnt get you Panther. I am earning well but I dont have money to fight for as I dont have any separate saving. So, when I go for the court date first time without my Attorney whether Judge will depute a public defender or not..?
There are forms to fill out that you will declare your income/expenses to see if you qualify for PD. Besides are you talking about fighting charges or getting best deal in exchange for guilty plea? A fight will cost no doubt and public defenders are too overwhelmed in many counties to invest the proper time for a fight! If you plan to fight charges you need a private Attorney in my opinion
What will be the approximate Attorney charges for this kind of cases? I talked with one and he said he will charge $350 and court fees will be separate. So, what should be the court fees. If its $350 + around $500, I can afford it.

You have more to worry about than Civil Demand and court fees. If convicted you will then have a criminal record which will likely cause you problems in future with jobs and other issues.
Few min back when I talked with one of lawyer's assistance. She said I can request for PJC to judge when I go for the first time. what is this PJC ?
And if court doesnt give me public defender if I am in higher income group and if i dont hire my own Attorney as I cannt pay his fees from our joint saving account, then what will be the decision of the court ?
It is perfectly legal to defend yourself it just isnt very wise. Many Attorneys will grant you a free office visit take them up on it and educate yourself
If Kohls dont send me a letter for Civil Demad in few weeks or months, whom should I contact as I want to pay the Civil Demand earliest ? Few of the posts here says that they receive Civil Demad after 5 years and I want to come out from this at the earliest.
