16-Year-Old Pregnant By A 30-Year-Old
My little sister, who was 15 and 16 at the time of the incident, had a relationship and eventually got pregnant by a man who is 30. After she got pregnant they got married when she was 6 months pregnant. Is it possible for charges to be pressed on him for the things that happened BEFORE they were married? This all happened in Florida. And I know that charges could have been pressed before they were married for the things that happened BEFORE they were married but since they are married now does that make everything before the marriage null and void? I'd appreciate any help that I can get on this topic, thank you!
Re: 16 year old girl... 30 year old man... please help!!!
He can still be prosecuted and the pregnancy is the best evidence the prosecutor could ever ask for.
btw; the age of consent is 18 if the other actor is over 24.
