Removing new husband's name and adding Bio to BC

1st Post....

When I was 15 years we had a child.. Her parents moved her to West Virgina and I stayed in Florida with my parents. She came back to have the child in Florida and then moved back. I have never scene or spoken to the child or mother shes 16 now this past 9-1. I was served at 18 to pay support. I signed the papers payments came out of my checks for a few years. I switched jobs many times and since 1995 I havent paid any support and enforcement hasnt tried to collect. I have a court order saying it ends at 18, two years away. I hired a Private Eye to find her in West Virgina and found them, address etc.. her school... myspace account etc... Also the mother added her husband to the birth cert in 1995 naming him as the father. I contacted the State of Florida Vital Stat to verfiy they told me it was changed to the name i provided. Since we were not married and not together i was not listed on the orginal.

Im not sure what to do? As Im older and have 3 children with my wife i ant to play some roll in her life I want her to know im the bio dad etc. I fell as if the husband has taken over the legal rights and why isnt my court order canceled. I do not want to distroy the famliy hes built but whats legal?

Any help?
