I was caught and arrested for shoplifting for a value of 50-500$.It was a Class B Misdemenor.I contacted an attorney.He spoke to the DA.I have got agreement that if I attend a theft intervention class,do 40 hrs of community service and write a essay why stealing is bad,the case will be dismissed.Will this go on my record.Is this case eligible for expungement.
Appreciate a response.
