Moving Back To A Different State

I'm 16 years old (be 17 in a month) and currently in the custody of my mother. She just made me move here form Dayton, Ohio to Elrie, Pennsylvania. I'm unhappy and lonely here with no friends or family. We moved here to be with my mother's boyfriend. We barely talk and they both are never home. Why should I be her alone while I could be in Ohio with friends and family? My father also lives in Ohio too. Is there any possibility that I can live with him until I'm 18?? Is it my decision??

For context, this is the adult boyfriend who got you pregant, and the father you believe is incompetent to care for you and who owes back child support. Under those circumstances, even if your father petitions for custody, I would estimate he has little to no chance of success.
