Radar Reading While Passing in Opposite Lane
I have been doing some research on my situation; but, wanted to check here since there seems to be a lot of useful information and resources. I was clocked the other day coming around a turn by a cop going the opposite direction,I also had another vehicle directly behind me. He stated hec lcoked me going 67 in a 50 with Talon radar.

From what I can tell Talon radar is for mostly stationary, but I have to look into it more. I am looking into arguing this one of 2 ways: Going with the maintenance of the radar gun and the tuning fork/ and not showing me the actual radar reading.
Or try to explain that when I turned onto that road, the car behind me already traveling in that direction was going much faster then I had anticipated & I had to try to keep in front of them in order to not get an irate phone call at my office, since it was a company truck. And then try to say that it may have been the other vehicle since we were going around a turn when the said reading took place.

Is there any other way to argue this? AZ offers traffic scholl every 2 years to get out of violations. But I still had another 2 months until I was eligible.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

This should answer your question: http://www.kustomsignals.com/product...ename=handheld (Please read all of the information)

and....the officer is not required to show you your speed on the gun. I often did just to cut off their argument.
