Citation For Disorderly Household and Underage Drinking in Michigan

On the 31st of August my children had friends over. I fell asleep when I thought everyone was gone. I was woken up by the police at 2:14 AM and brought outside to see a drunken 13 being questioned by the police. I did not supply the liquor and I had no idea this was even going on. Even though it happened at my house, am I still accountable for her actions? And, I received a ticket for "disorderly household/ underage drinking" in the mail a few days later. The date and time on the ticket were wrong. Does this make the ticket void?

They are attempting to hold you responsible because it happened at your house.

An error in the date and time will not void the ticket.
