That depends some retailers input names of shoplifters into a database that other retailers can view. If thats the case then other stores can see your misdeed

Kmart puts all shoplifters into a national database. If the place you apply to is a subscriber of that database, you will more than likely be denied employment.

No we can't tell you who has access to that database because we don't know, but it is a lot of retailers.

Some stores submit only prosecuted shoplifters to theft databases while others submit every shoplifter they apprehended. So, from the point on, it's all a matter of staying away from that store and good luck.
