Supervisor Changing Hours in North Carolina
i work in a hospital in fayetteville nc and our supervisor recently took 4 employees and changed our hours to completely new shifts. between the 4 of us we have close to 25 years seniority at this facility. I was just wondering from a legal standpoint if she is allowed to make such drastic modifications to our work schedules or if we have a type of employee rights to help us?

Yes unless you are part of a collective bargaining agreement (Union) or have a bona fide contract stating otherwise.

Sorry but nothing illegal done here unless you have a contract to the contrary.
