Using Chat To Talk To A Co-Worker
Not sure if this would be harassment but she brought it up.

We were are talking on chat at work. We are allowed to socialize while doing our jobs.

She was asking me how old I am and what I like to do for fun, just the general stuff, nothing sexual. She actually just moved into a city where I use to live also.

    Any comments on this?

so what happened to the cybersex?

In this thread, you relate a totally different situation that in the other thread. Which is it?

If you acatually do have a different question, it needs to be explained a bit better. You asked if it is harrassment if you chat (which you are allowed to do) and nothing else. How could that be considered harrassment?

nothing happened for the cybersex story. I guess I am ok on that.

This thread is a different situation.

I mean look at the stuff I posted there. We are talking about about social stuff, but nothing was sexual. So what do you say?

I say that we've already discussed this in detail on another board and yes, you can get in trouble for this.

You do not seem to understand that it doesn't matter what you think or what she thinks. If your EMPLOYER has a problem with it, you can be disciplined or fired regardless of whether she complains or not.
