    Second MIP Offense in Texas
I received my first M.I.P. in Mcallen Texas when I was 15, and I plead no contest. I went through the Alcohol Awareness classes, community service and AA meetings. The judge told me that if I didn't get anymore alcohol related offenses by the time I turned 21, I could get it taken off my record.

I am now 20 years old, 4 months away from my 21st birthday. Today, in New Braunfels Texas, I got two citations at once while floating on the river. The ticket said Minor in Possession and Minor in Consumption. Is my license going to be suspended because this is my second offense? And do these two citations count as one offense or two?

Thank you in advance for your help.

If you are cited with two offenses, then it's two offenses. I haven't seen your ticket. With a prior, you appear to be facing a sixty day license suspension.
