Hey everyone...I was with my friends and they shoplifted some stuff (1 pair of jeans, 1 shirt, 1 skirt) and one of my friends said that she took the shirt for me because i asked her too...i did tell her i wanted the shirt but that i probably wasnt going to buy it today...there are tapes of what happened and it will show me with the shirt going into the dressing room and then that shirt never coming back out...i was in a dressing room when the shirt was put into the bag so i didnt kno it was put into it untill after we left the dressing room and they told me they got it...im being charged with retail fraud 3 because there was nothing in my purse...we are getting a lawyer...anyone ever been in this situation or heard of this situation that could let me know what to expect? it would be greatly appreciated.
