    Reckless Driving Charge For Doing Donuts
    My sonwas doing donuts in his school parking lot (school was out for summer),a person reported him to police and about an hour later a officer pulled him over and questioned him he admitted to doing it the officer said the person may press charges 3 weeks went past and the officer called today and told him he's coming over and giving him a ticket for wreckless driving what if anything can my son do or expect from this ?? we live in Michigan thank you

    If he got a reckless driving ticket, I suggest that he consult a lawyer about how he might get it reduced to a civil infraction with fewer points. I understand that Reckless Driving in Michigan is a criminal misdemeanor carrying six points.
