#1: If I were to just up and move out when I turned seventeen, without my parents permission, could I get into trouble with the cops?
Yes they can report you as a runaway. If that happens your chances of emancipation decrease a great deal

#2: (If the answer to the above question is "No".. then..)I have a friend that I could more than likely stay with if I were to move out. If it was okay with HER mom that I stayed with them, even though my parents didn't actually give me permission, would her mom get into trouble and could I still stay with them?
If your friend allows you to stay in thier home they can be in legal trouble

3: I have an older boyfriend. One that my parents definitely don't approve of and think that I am broken up with at the moment. We got "caught" I guess you could say and even though all the evidence was on a tape of a forensic interview between me and a counselor he miraculously didn't go to jail. If I were to move out when I was seventeen, into his house could he get into trouble for being with me again when JUST being told not to? [By both cops and parents]
Yes and he "could" face a lifetime as a registerd sex offender.
Nothing you have asked shows me (least of all a judge) that you have the common sense for emancipation
