    Alex Berd, Esq.
    Mr. Kopelowitz,

You are allowed to apply for a K-1 visa, a Fiancee visa, on behalf of your girl friend. You have satisfied the requirement that you should have met her during the last two years, and you should have an intention to get married within 3 months after her arival in the U.S.

Initially, a Petition is filed with the USCIS. Once the USCIS approves it, the approval is sent to your girl friend who will have an interview at a U.S. Consulate.

When your girl friend arrives here, she is allowed to apply for work authorization. After you marry her, she is allowed to apply for Green Card.

This is a relatively quick process.

You may want to an immigration attorney to process this case and bring your girl friend to the U.S.

    Good Luck and Congratulations!

    Immigration with Girlfriend
You either need to petition for a K-1 fiancee visa, or get married in Argentina then file an I-130 petition for alien relative and file for a K-3 spouse visa. If you choose to marry in Argentina, the K-3 visa is a nonimmigrant visa that (once granted) would permit your wife to come into the United States pending the completion of the immigration process. The State Department provides a lot more details.
