Getting A Driver's License In Another Nation
Two questions.
#1. If a person's driver license is suspended in USA, can that move to Canada and get a Canadian driver license?
#2. If a person is behind at paying child support in USA, can that person move to Canada and get a Canadian driver license without having it suspended no matter how far he is behind in USA child support?

Check with the department of motor vehicles in the province where this person intends to move.
