Criteria For I-485 Grant or Denial

I have been psoting my ase here to get help.

it is a shoplifing incident ($150USD) in Columbia MO, it sounds like I will be charged, because the court day has beend schuduled in two weeks. I just received a civil demad letter from the legal representative of the retail store and ask me to pay the fine. It says if I pay the fine there will be no further civil action to against me.

I talked with some of criminal lawyers, but they are not familar with immigration issue.

I just file I485 about one month ago. I have talked with my lawyer who file the i485 for me, but it sounds like he doesn't know more about the criterias of grant or denial for I485 application. So I have checked with some immigration firms, I was told that it is difficult for them to make projection as how this icident will impact I485 application becasue they didn't file I485 for me. Or they just can provide the general descriptions about immigration law for the I485 part with service fee.

My question here is that,

Is there anyway that I can find out the relative info from this forum? or someone can guid me to the site that I can get such information?

If you are asking us to tell you exactly how the USCIS will respond to a particular crime committed by a particular immigrant, no, we cannot. We can only speak in generalities.

First of all thank you for your response. What I am trying to do is to find if there is a possibility to have an access or resources to get the general conditions for grant or denail for I485 petition, rather than for specific case.
