Why do you want to know?
Because my husband is on probation for 1st DWI and the other day is PO said he had a positive test for Alcohol. But he has not been drinking, so I have been doing alot of research concerning false negatives, and accidental exposure concering this EtG test. Many places say things like vanilla extract, hand sanitizer, and mouth wash can make you positive. Any help would be appreciated.
A criminal defense lawyer in the county where the prosecution is occurring, who handles probation violations, may know.
