me and my ex girlfriend had a son together. my ex now will not let me see my son after a argument we had since my last visit which was 3 days before his 2nd birthday. july 16 2005 was the date. we had it set up that i could get him 1 day a weekend ( not by choice) but until we get a court date i had to go along with it or she would make me go weeks at a time without seeing him. being tired of her using my son as a weapon against me i had left some messages on her voice mail and home phone out of frustration. she now has served a ppo against me with nothing but lies on it. besides the things i had left on the messages. which i do not deny doing. my question is can she use these messages against me in court? and will it effect what the judge will do? i also have people who have heard and seen her assault me. but her being the mother i am affraid he will side with her. all i am asking for is 2 days a week and every other weekend! she also wont allow my parents see him either. if anybody can give me some advise please! this has gotten so ugly since we split up. she lives with her mom and dad and they are just as bad. i have been threaten by her father and harrassed by her mother. ( and she gets a ppo against me!!!) :(
