    Spying On Somebody Through Peepholes
i live in pennsylvania ok this is a weird situation pleas dont judge me too hard ok i just bought a house and step sister moved in now we really arent step siblings cause parents arent married anyway i drilled holes through my closet into her wall for whatever reason i felt guilty so patched them up and repainted and cleaned up mess now they got re drilled open by someone and step sis's boyfriend found them early in morning they stayed the night waited till i went to work and then moved stuff out later that afternoon i swear up and down that he reopened them and weird stuff has been goin on at my house while im gone but i have no proof its him but am pretty sure it is and she has talked to police and wants to persue in getting me in trouble or it now im just wondering the consequences if she does persue this since i have no proof the boyfriend reopened the holes cause apperintly according to the officer she can do something but she is also offering me a deal im assuming she wants money but isnt bribing someone to give u money inreturn of not iling charges illegal in PA?

"She" is offering you a deal - "she" is your "step-sister"? Have the police become involved yet? This happened how long ago?

technicly no "shes" not my "step sister". yes she is offering a deal that "she" wants me to give her "money" or "shes" going to the "police" and persuing it farther. "yes" she has already talked to the "police"

You know, it would be much easier to follow what you are trying to say if you were to punctuate.;)

If she has already gone to the police, issues of extortion aside, it seems quite apparent that no amount of money you give her will undo that fact. Consider consulting a criminal defense lawyer.

i understand and want to go to a lawyer the only problem is i have no money to afford one. but basicly isnt "she" blackmailing me by saying if I pay "her" she wont follow through with i guess pressing charges against "me"? to me i may be wrong but isn "blackmail" illegal and im thinking if the police find out "shes" trying to "blackmail" me wouldnt "she" get in trouble?

Her getting in trouble will not remove any wrongdoing on your part!

that is true it wont remove any wrong doing on my part. i was just wondeing if it helps me at all by her "blackmailing" me Im not gonna roll over for "her" i will fight till the end. granted i was wrong by doing it but i did fill them up and either "her" or the "boyfriend" reopened them

They are unrelated. You did not drill holes so she could blackmail you! Your crimeis your crime you own it! Her crime is heres each will be judged (if they go to court) based on evidence not each others crime. As said you need to consult with a criminal defense Attorney
