Caught with Pot in New York

five of my friends and i had just bought weed and a dutch and we went to a sump in the back of a parking lot to go smoke it. within like two minutes, two cops came in. one of my friends panicked and threw the dutch away from us into a bush, leaving the weed broken up on a shirt on the floor. the cops told us to go find whatever we threw, and i told them it was just a dutch, so they didn't make us look for it, and they never find it. the cops said to hand over what we had unless we wanted to go to jail, so my friend pointed to the weed on the floor which the cops picked up. it was only about a dime. two of the girls with us were only 15, so they just had their names taken and me (16) and my two friends who are 17 got a summons to appear in court, the cops asked whose it was - i had purchased it but my friend told the cops we all chipped in for it and we all going to smoke it. what do you think i'm looking at here? my court date is friday and i don't have lawyer, do you think they will have my friends snitch on me since i bought it, or willl that not matter becasue nobody owned up to it at first?
