Getting Emancipated

i'm currently 15, but next year, when i turn 16, me &my friend are going to try to get emancipated. we're both gonna to work &we're gonna share a condo close by. do you think it would be possible ? and would money become a problem, or could we make enough money to get by ? i don't have any others reasons besides the fact that i just want to live on my own, without parents, &learn how to stand on my own two feet, &prove to certain people that i can. plus, my parents and i got into a really big fight one time, and they said it was okay if i wanted to move out &live with a different family or something like that, &i think they were pretty serious. anyways. i just hate living in this house sometimes. what do you think ? is it possible ?

If your only reasons are that you just want to live on your own and that you had a fight with your parents, no, I do not think it will be possible. No judge is going to emancipate you for that reason. Emancipation is much more rare than most kids who post here think, and is only granted when it is clearly in the best interest of the minor, something that on what you have posted, you will not be able to prove.
