H1 Transfer and Visa Stamp

I came to US by company A in Nov 2006 and my Visa on passport is through septmeber 2009. Now I changed job and got it transferred to Company B. I am planning to travel to India for marriage. It has been 4 months I am working with new company. Is it required for me to again go to US consulate in India for getting a new Visa stamped for company B before coming to US. Please let me know since presently the stamping dates are very late after February and I need to travel now.

and if i have to go for visa stamp can me and my wife will go together?
or she has to go later on?

please suggest me as it is very urgent.

If your I-94 is still valid and the transfer has already been approved, you shouldn't have an issue with reentry.

Your spouse would attempt to enter on whatever visa she qualifies to receive. Presumably, she would want to apply for an H4 visa.
