Shoplifting As A Minor

When I was 14 I was caught shoplifting from Robinson May in San Diego, California with merchandise from Nordstrom and Claires. Two LP's followed and hand-cuffed me and my friend and charged us for the hand-cuffing along with the merchandise and the shoplifting fee. The police were not involved and I don't believe there was a report filed. I am now 17 and I am wondering if this incident would keep me from getting any part-time jobs?

No since there was no criminal charges filed there is no crimnal record
