    Michigan Property Line Vegetation
Can the neighbor plant trees and bushes on top of the property line? If no, how far away?

What can I do if she planted shrubes in front of my shed door, and if my shed door opens one inch is on her property?

In another thread I read that if the plant, shrub, etc grows on your property then you can use plant killer? But we have no fence. I do not want to get into trouble.

    Thanks, caseworker:confused:

Check to see if there are any local ordinances restricting planing on or near the property line.

Be careful about making too big a deal about a bush or shrub that extends an inch onto your property, if you trespass on her land every time you use your shed.

I am not sure what you read about poisoning somebody else's plants. You can generally prune plants which intrude on your property, but you have no automatic right to kill them.
