    Marriage and Green Card Application
It probably won't make much difference; although I suppose that getting married sooner as opposed to later could potentially diminish concerns about the validity of your marriage. You and your fiancee may wish to discuss your situation with an immigration lawyer.

    Petitioning for Spouse's Immigration
It is generally better, when possible, for a permanent resident to undergo naturalization before applying for a green card for a spouse. You would likely benefit from consulting with an immigration lawyer to devise the best strategy, given the full facts and circumstances of your case.
