    Marriage & Immigration
After you marry your fiance can file an I-130 petition for Alien Relative, and I-485 application for permanent residence. You should obey all U.S. laws, including immigration laws, during the time the applications are pending, including restrictions on employment.

    Sir,

Once you file the entire marriage package, and receive the EAD card - Employment Authorization Document (within 90 days) - you are not subject to any employment restrictions and can work anywhere and freely change your employment.
