What Can I Be Charged With?

I was just wondering what kind of charges were filed on me for cashing and depositing checks. These checks were given to me by my boyfriend at the time, and I believe that he made them at one of his friends house. I want to tell the prosecuter that I bet he is still using other females to do his dirty work, and he might even be using the same friends too. I am not sure exactly where the house is but I am sure that he is still using the same banks too! That is if he is still doing this whole check scam. Well anyways I just wanted to know if anyone knew what could eventually happen to me. This also is the only offense I have besides driving without my license when I was young. If you have been charged, your charges will be listed on the charging instrument (the "information", "indictment", or whatever the document happens to be called in your state). If you have not yet been charged, you will have to wait and see.
