And there was another option which is a long shot, which was that IF she did get pregnant, and the doctor confirms it, we could get married in Georgia without parental consent, but would that transfer over to Washington immediately and be ok? because it would be basically making some plot for a "day trip" with her and some friends when really me and her would fly out to georgia, get married, and come back all in the same day. Is that just way too many loopholes and have bad idea written all over it? I also know that she is only 16 and even though we are both extremely serious about our relationship together (she even has an engagement ring) but I don't want her to feel tied down to me if her feelings change later on.. as long as I help her get out of the situation she is in and treat her right then I think I did pretty good in the relationship.

You are not helping the situation. Mom could have a restrainning order place don you although its not easy. Furthermore the running away etc only worsens her chances of emancipation

So would just trying to assist her in finding a job, helping her find a place for her to live (on her own, without me), and just listening/advising in a more safer way about when she talks about her mom and everything that goes on, instead of telling her to ignore her mom calling her extremely rude names and stuff like that? Where is the line I should draw for the advice stuff? I don't tell her "oh your mom wanted you to do the dishes? thats terrible" but like she would say her mom was drunk and called her a series of vulgar names and that she wishes she was never born so she could have a life, etc, etc. that king of stuff I tell her to ignore and that it's not true.

Thsi isnt your life or your decision you should be doing nothing. If she wants to be emancipated she first needs a job. Once she has a job tell her to ocme see us

Getting pregnant in an attempt to get out of the house is a bad idea.

Read this thread and you'll find out that Georgia has closed that loophole.
