Possession of Marijuana (1st) and Paraphenalia (2nd)

About two tears ago (17 then) I was caught with paraphenalia (class A), and I got that case dissmissed due to hard work ro change, and passing drug tests. Well, yesterday (I'm 19 now) I got caught with paraphenalia (class A second offense), and possesion of marijuana (class B first offense.) Any idea of what will happen with me? I am really freaking out, b/c if i don't get away with some minor i will be kick out of my apartment. Also, I don't have a lawyer, and most definately can't afford it because of a new job. Which right now is only paying 60 every two weeks. Please, give me some tips and knowledge. Thanks alot guys!

I think you're still going to receive probation, but you should consider petitioning for a court appointed lawyer to assist you with your defense.
