Emancipation S.O.S

I'm considering Emancipaton in the requirments it's states [I][or at least 16 years of age and
living separate and apart from the minor's parents, managing
conservator, or guardian/I] I was wondering what that ment, because I'm 16? I would apperciate any help.

It means you must be at least sixteen years old, and you must be living independently.
