If Mom Gets Mad And Says I Can Move Out, Can I Go?

ok i live with my parents and you could say that i get along with my mother but i cant stand my father . . . but the other night my mom got mad at me and told me to find a better job cause im out. Well then i told her that i was moving out and she said go ahead. If i leave and she changes her mind can i get in trouble if i leave! I mean she told me to and the next time that she tells me that can i leave im 17 and i have some where to go im jus not telling her where it is. And i jus graduated high school the 8th and i have a job I jus want to know can I leave the next time i tell her Im moving out and she says go ahead? ? ? I live in North Carolina :confused:

If you are an unemancipated minor, your parent can withdraw permission for you to move out. Also, it is questionable whether you can reasonably take angry statements made during an argument as true "permission".
