    Bankruptcy and Student Loans
We have successfully filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and would like to sue our student loan companies in order to have the balances discharged due to undue financial hardship. Can this be done without an attorney and what should be my first step?

You have to try to convince the bankruptcy court that you have sufficient hardship to qualify for a full or partial discharge. This is very hard to do, so it would be a good idea to consult a bankruptcy lawyer.
