    Boundary Dispute in Washington State
:( I am having a dispute with my neighbor, he claims the property line is three feet off the structure of my house and he is going to put up a fence right on the property line he says come spring be warned there is going to be a fence there, even if he is right about the property line, can he legally put a fence three feet away from my home? :wallbang:

Unless there is some type of code that would prevent it (unlikely) and he owns the land, yes he can.

He can put a fence on his property, subject to any setback laws or ordinances which apply to his land. Check with your local government about setback requirements.
