    Help For a Trespassing Charge
I just received a PC 602L Trespass violation...
it was an abandoned naval hospital that seemed extremely instresting...

so of course my friends and i went to check it out.... NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL OR TAGGING.

We come out to cops... get the violation...

    Where?:
    Alameda county...

ok... so what does this mean?
do i need a lawer? where can i go to get a free one?
Honestly... im not a bad kid.. i just get caught for every little thing i do...
    Thankyo8

then I would suggest not doing any little thing that is illegal.

    rarely hurts to have one

have you been read your rights? did you here that part about" if you desire an attorney but cannot afford one, one will be appointed for you". There are typically costs involved with even the public defenders though.

when you get arraigned, you need to ask for an attorney.

actually 602L seems to be for trespass on land while 602M is for trespass of a building. I don't believe that will do any good (it won;t) since they can charge you after the fact with the correct section (I believe) up to a year later if they need to amend.

If this was a naval hospital, I would think you got lucky. Federal lands and trespassing on military property seems as if it would be a much greater problem.

Your background will make a difference as to what happens to you. You seem to elude to the fact this is not your first error in judgement you have made and got caught doing. An attorney would be the best route to take.
