How Does a Legal Immigrant Marry a U.S. Citizen
I am a legal alien who travels in the US. I met this guy through my friends. We want to get married. Can we just do it in the US or I have to come back to my origion country to do it? Besides, I have a daughter, over 18 years old who is studying abroad in the US and a son, under 18 years old who still lives in my country. What should I do to bring my son to the US after the married and be with my daughter?? Thanks for your helps

You can get married in the U.S., or if you prefer back at home, and then apply to immigrate under a spouse visa. You should be sure that you maintain lawful status while in the U.S. - don't overstay your visa.

Once you have your green card, you can attempt to sponsor your son for immigration into the United States. The USCIS offers details here.

Thank you for your help, but I have one more question, so my daughter will be eighteen this December. After I get green card, Can I still sponsor for my daughter to stay here or she have to go back to the origion country to do the process. She can stay here to study until 2008. Thanks again

    Immigration
You can sponsor your daughter while she is lawfully in the United States. If she wishes to remain in the United States illegally, that could jeopardize her subsequent ability to immigrate through family sponsorship.
