Emancipation in California

Due to issues with my parents involving trust, responsibility, and the fact that they exaggerate and think the slightest thing is actually the worst case scenario, I want out. How could I be emancipated (without their consent if need be), and if I am moving to another state, could I get emancipated by their laws?
