whats the out come my husband was charged by a criminal summons on misdomeaner assult then didnt show for his court date was arrested and out on bond a low bond $500 secured. since then he has been charged with felony check writting 2 counts and now tampering with a witness and communicating threats, he is in jail for 48 hours and his bond is set for 300,00 will probably try to have it reduced what are his chances of getting it reduced he has a criminal record, many charges that were dismissed and a couple that stuck.

He has a history in the courts, many many charges on females but all dissmissed because he talked all the women out of it, he has no felonies but the felony check charges they have a witness he is claiming the checks were stolen from him after he wrote them out by the people that he wrote them too, yet I was there he handed them the check I am the witness, he threatned me if I didnt lie he would kill me, there fore intimidating a witness, not too mention a couple domestic misdemeaners.
