Getting emancipated from CPS
I am trying to find out how i canhelp out a friend, she is 16 and CPS got her, is there a way where she can get emancipated from CPS, she was a runaway from cps twice and she was a runaway for about 2 months then she got caught while she pregnant and lost her baby because of stress at CPS, then whe ranaway again, and was out for at least another Month, then a girl that didn't like her called the cops and they got her so now she s with CPS, but while she was out here she lived with someone and she worked doing anything babysitting, washing clothe, cooking for people anything to take care of herself i know whe can do it alone,but what is there that she can do?
