i am in a very similar situation
the cops were not called Then for now there ar eno criminal charges
does that mean i have a better chance of not getting a court date (like what are the odds)We are not Las Vegas bookies
if i recieve the civil demands letter first should i pay it or just wait?
    thanks

Pay it! or make a payment arrangement

im not looking for exact percentages or anything
im wondering if i have a better chance not to be prosecuted since they were not called
also is expulsion the only way after being prosecuted to get it off your record? is there any way to get it off sooner than 2 years

What if we said 99% they wont press and they did? You see how silly this is. If the press charges and you want it off your record seek a diversion program.

is there a wesite or place to go to look into those programs further or do you just have to wait and talk to an attorny?

Also, is there any kind of time line they have to contact you in about court? or could you be waiting a half year and finally get the letter? just curious

They have until the SOL runs out which I think is two years However if nothing happens in next 60 days (est) I would say it isnt going to happen, but thats not a gurantee

Usually in Washington if they don't call the police right then you'll get a citation in the mail with a court date.
