So if I never recieve a letter with a court date, just pay the fines and BE HAPPY! VERY HAPPY!
Is it possible (likely) that since the police were not called, i would just recieve the fine?

If it does come, do you have any other suggustions?

The civil demand letter is from the actual store, correct? It has nothing to do with the state or county?

Then hire a Criminal defense Attorney and prepare. Once you do talk to him/her about diversion programs

The letter will come from a Law Firm of Civil Recovery Service. No it has NOTHING to do with County, State or any criminal proceedings

    okay. thank you.

Now i have another question relating to all of it.

About my record: If I never get a court date, does it still appear on my record?
if i do not is it clear?

When filling out applications, do you ahve to check the yes box forever if you are convicted?

How can a criminal record show up if you havent been convicted?

If you have no criminal conviction then you answer no

i am in a very similar situation
    the cops were not called
does that mean i have a better chance of not getting a court date (like what are the odds)
if i recieve the civil demands letter first should i pay it or just wait?
    thanks
