Want Status ASAP - Illegal Immigrant Getting Married
Given the timeframe and circumstances, you really should consult an immigration lawyer. Marriage does not provide a means of avoiding immigration laws.

You should discuss all your immigration history with a competent U.S. immigration attorney.

In general, someone who entered the U.S. without inspection (EWI) is not eligible to adjust his status. In order to check different legal options, one should have the full picture of your immigration situation and your other equities and hardships.

This reply is in the nature of general information, not legal advice and should not be relied on as such.
