    Understanding The Disposition Of Charges
    HI,
I requested a disposition of arrest. We received a copy from the court. It just stated: CHARGES NO INFORMATION AS ARRESTED then it listed the charges underneath that statement.

What does that mean.???????? Should i hire a lawyer. I need a disposition that clearly states what happened i.e.(charges dropped/dismissed). Please advise

I would interpret that as indicating that the prosecutor did not initiate charges (file an information) based upon the arrest.

You need a different disposition for what purpose?

That may be the best you'll get.
