My problem is this:
I had a VOLUNTARY paternity test done in January for a 14 year old girl. It came back that I was the father. We have since started a father daughter relationship and she would like to use my last name. Her mom is in agreement with that. However, I can find no information or a step by step guide of how exactly to have it changed legally. I live in Pennsylvania in case that matters.
And advice? Links?
