She is violating the order by canceling my phone rights and told me that if I keep talking about her and step mom during visitation she will cancel it too. She cannot do that without a judge order. She is violating the order
No, the judge said that all communication was to be by text. Therefore you do not HAVE "phone rights". If you refuse to accept texts because of your absurd delusion that it's Stepmom typing, that's on you, but YOU, not Mom, are the one violating the order.
She canceled my phone calls with my son! Because I mentioned to him she made me bought tickets and that she owes me money.
She is clearly violating the order because she can’t cancel my phones with my son
No, the judge cancelled your phone calls when he said all communication was to be by text. Mom doesn't have to cancel them - the judge already did it for her.
Mom is not violating diddly.
Judge order phone calls with me and my son. Mom is interfering with my phone calls with my son by canceling them because I talked to him about mother. I was just telling him the truth!
Text are with mother, phone calls with my son
She made me spent money on flights to than change her mind just told my son that she owes me money and he is not going with me because mom dont want him to. His response was that my month was in July not August. she is clearly alienating my son from me
So, are you following the order? Are you communicating with Mom via text the way the judge ordered?
Yes or no?
Yes I am. I have not call her or anything else. But because I told my son about her cancelling my flights and refusing to reimburse me she canceled my phone calls with him until I return back from my country.
