Online Casino Disabled My Account
I made online casino account and deposited few hundred dollars and lost. I wanted to play more but they charge deposit fees starting from second deposit. So I made another account to avoice deposit fee since the first deposit fee is exempt and I lost all my deposit again. I ended up with about 6 new account and lost all my deposits total about $1,200. Finally, with my last account I made some money back and ended up having about $800 in my account. I decided to stop playing it and tried to withdraw my money, but they disabled all my accounts and gave me back my last deposit which is $100 and took rest of $700 away. I asked them the reason for it and they are keep saying they don't know the reason. They just told me that their security department decided after the investigation. I ask an online gambling expert and he told me they might did it because I made more than 1 account. I didn't know that I can't make several accounts and if that is the reason why they took my money away, don't they should give me back all my deposits? Not just my last deposit? In this case, may I dispute through credit card charge for my other deposits? I believe they should either give me my account balance of $800 or all my deposits that I lost. Not just $100 and disable all my accounts. Law experts, please let me know what I should do about it. Yes, I lost that money, but I believe that is not fair they took my account balance away just because I made several account to avoid deposit fees... please give me your advice. Thank you so much.
Re: Online Casino Disabled My Account
Read the Terms of Service. I bet what you did was considered fraud by the casino and they rightfully shut you down and kept your winnings.
You might convince your credit card company to charge back other payments but that doesn't mean you won't still owe the money. The casino would be able to sue you or send you to collections.
You screwed up. Eat the loss and get over it. Then stop gambling. It's a disease.
Re: Online Casino Disabled My Account
I should've read the term of service..I didn't think it was a big deal since real casino let people have multiple bets at the table. I used live in Vegas for long time and never gambled. I was just curious about online sports bet and ended up like this. Thanks for the advice, but it is little hard to get over with with. It took me about a month to get up to $800 from my last $100 deposit after I lost about $1,200. And yes I agree. Gambling is a disease.
Re: Online Casino Disabled My Account
This isn't the same as placing multiple bets at the table in a real casino. It is akin to lying about your identity several times to get a new player perk. Such would get you banned from a brick and mortar casino as well.
By the way, while multiple bets are permitted at casinos, multiple hands aren't (except in cases like most blackjack where all the player cards are face up anyhow). Casinos will not allow players to collude together on information that is supposed to be private to one player (like what his hand is). Online casinos bar simultaneous play by what appear to be the same or related players at the same table because it is presumed you're colluding (no way for the casino to tell).
You can contact them and see if they'll cash you out if you pay back the deposit fees you fraudulently stole from them. But they're under no obligation to do so.
Alas there is little we can do to help you. I can almost bet that the casino is not US based. Nothing in US law will help you (in fact, the laws are stacked to KEEP you from using them to help you).
