I disagree with those who suggested that your husband NOT establish visitation. The child in question is a sibling to your children, and I believe that they have the right to know each other. I think that your husband should try to establish visitation for that reason alone.

Forcing relationships merely because of a blood relationship makes no sense. Everybody involved are strangers.
