lol, I didn't mention fantasy sports but that was my intention when asking about gambling, I'm sorry if it caused some confusion.

You've got legal issues in every state you want to operate.
You've got issues with a lot of the banking companies. Even when gambling transactions are legal under the banking laws, you'll find many payment processors who are unwilling to process such transactions (for example, PayPal won't even let a non-profit conduct a legal raffle with their service).
I also find it hard to believe there's any uniqueness to your scheme. Hell, I saw a fantasy site for the Scripps Spelling Bee this year.
